Alessandro leads origination and transaction structuring at Perygen Capital. His career spans real estate advisory and structured finance at European institutions, with completed transactions across residential, hospitality and mixed-use assets.
He has advised private clients, family offices and development promoters on capital formation and investment structuring in Italy, France and the United Kingdom.
Founding Partner
Marco is responsible for investor relations and portfolio governance. He brings direct experience in private wealth and asset management, with a focus on discretionary real estate allocations for high-net-worth families.
He has served in senior positions within private banking and independent asset management, coordinating international investor consortia across multiple jurisdictions.
Our Approach
Perygen Capital identifies opportunities, structures transactions, coordinates experienced development partners and assembles investor capital through private club-deal structures.
Each transaction is originated bilaterally, evaluated against defined return and risk parameters, and presented only to a selected circle of aligned investors. We do not operate a marketed fund and do not accept unqualified subscriptions.
Our role extends beyond structuring: we maintain governance over each investment throughout its lifecycle, from capital deployment to exit, alongside operating partners and independent advisors.
